Your invitees can purchase anything they want, and get the exact same discounted prices we offer, whether they were invited by you or not. Here's the exciting part: when invited by you, a percentage of all their purchases, whether made now or in the future will go to you as credit to use at GilGool.

This is a Win-Win situation for you and your friends. You have nothing to lose, no effort to make and no obligations of any kind. What you do get is actual credit to use for your future purchases at GilGool, and your invitees get to enjoy our everyday great service and discount prices.

In addition to the definitions set forth in GilGool' Info & Support page or any other publication by GilGool, the following definitions apply: Invite-A-Friend "CASH CREDIT" (credit that the inviter earns from his/her invitees purchases, which can be spent at GilGool only), "Inviter" (the person inviting a friend) and "Invitee" (the person being invited to purchase at GilGool).

- The Invitee must be new to GilGool and cannot already have an account under any other name or pseudonym. An invitation can be initiated through our Invite-A-Friend page only. Please make sure that your invitee uses the same email address with us, as the one he was invited with when registering, or we won't be able to link him/her to you.

- The Inviter can send an unlimited number of invitations, but please send emails only to people who you know would be interested in getting them. GilGool has a strong stance against the practice of sending unsolicited commercial emails, also known as "spam". Spam will not be tolerated, no exceptions! Any complaints of spam, for a certain inviter, may have his/her account and/or Invite-A-Friend cash credits cancelled immediately.

- If your invitation meets the above criteria, we will automatically send the email to your friend, inviting him/her to come and begin buying at GilGool.

- When your invitee has his/her purchase shipped, you will receive an email to notify you that an Invite-A-Friend cash credit was added to your account, and you will be able to make use of it 21 days after the shipping date. In the case an invitee returns his/her purchase for refund, the corresponding Invite-A-Friend cash credits earned will be deducted from the inviter's balance.

- The Invite-A-Friend cash credit will automatically be added into your account at GilGool 21 days from the date your invitee has had his/her order shipped. We will send an email to notify you that an Invite-A-Friend cash credit was added to your account.

- The Inviter will have his/her purchases credited automatically with the maximum available Invite-A-Friend cash credit at the time of purchase. This will be done AFTER the checkout process, when the order is verified by a GilGool sales rep.

- In case the inviter's current Invite-A-Friend cash credit is higher than the total amount of merchandise purchased in an order, the remaining credit will be available for his/her future purchases, and so on.

- The Inviter will be able to review his/her current credit status, using the designated link on
the 'My Account' page.

- Invite-A-Friend cash credit can be used in an order for the total sum of the merchandise only, which means it CANNOT be used for the shipping costs or sales tax (where applicable). Please note that shipping costs are exactly the same whether you are an Inviter, Invitee or neither. Invite-A-Friend cash credit cannot be used to receive cash or credit in any other way, except as credit when purchasing at GilGool.

- Eligibility for use of Invite-A-Friend cash credits by an inviter, is subject to the invitee making at least 1 purchase for the first time at GilGool, within a maximum of 90 days from receiving the invitation. After the initial first purchase, further purchases can be made by the invitee at any time and frequency. After 90 days of no purchases by a certain invitee, our system will delete the pending invitee, and the inviters' eligibility for Invite-A-Friend cash credits from that invitee will expire.

- Credit will be given to the inviter as a percentage (minimum of 1%) for any kind of merchandise purchased by the invitee, excluding shipping costs, sales tax and discounts.

- For the Inviter to begin using his/her accumulated credit, he or she must have previously made at least one purchase at GilGool, for a minimum amount of $100. Credit accumulated from the invitees can not be used with the first order, but only from the second order and on. However, even if no purchases were made by the Inviter yet, Invite-A-Friend cash credits from invitees will accumulate and wait for him/her to be used.
In case an Inviter has already made one purchase (for a minimum of $100) at GilGool in the past, and started inviting friends now, the accumulated Invite-A-Friend cash credits may be used immediately on his/her next purchase.

- Invite-A-Friend cash credit and other timely offerings (like coupons and special discounts), cannot be combined and used for a single purchase. Only one offer per order is allowed. In any case, any unused Invite-A-Friend cash credit will always be available for future purchases.

- Only one Inviter can be credited with inviting an individual. Only the first inviter to refer a specific person's email address is eligible to receive the Invite-A-Friend cash credit from that invitee.

- GilGool reserves the right to refuse or close any account at their sole discretion. All rules and regulations contained herein are subject to change without prior notice. In addition to the above terms, the regular Terms & Conditions as described under the Info & Support page apply, except if otherwise noted above.
