Very easy and safe method of paying for your orders. There you may use Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card and Debit cards, as well as e-checks. We ship to PayPal confirmed USA or Canadian addresses only. We will email you all the instructions necessary to make the payment through PayPal.
Credit Cards:
We accept Visa and MasterCard issued by a US bank, and we ship to a verifiable
US billing address only. Orders to Puerto Rico, Guam and US
Virgin Islands who wish to pay by CC, may only do so via PayPal with a confirmed address.
If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your credit
card billing address, please use the customer service toll-free number on your
credit card to request an "alternate shipping address".
This will expedite your order more quickly.
We do reserve the right to refuse shipping to any alternate address at
our discretion. Shipping to your billing address ensures the fastest processing of your order.
Note: we do not ship to an alternate address that is in a different state than the billing address.
Cashier's Checks/Money Orders:
We accept Money Orders and Cashiers' Checks issued by a reputable institution (EXCLUDING CANADA POST MONEY ORDERS) and payable through a US bank in US currency. We will email you all the instructions necessary to make the Cashier's Checks/Money Orders payment.
Note: Credit Union checks that don't specifically say 'Cashier Check' are considered regular company checks, and will be treated the same as Personal Checks.
Personal Checks:
We accept personal checks issued by a US banks.
Shipments will be held for 10 business days from date of deposit for clearance.
We will email you all the instructions necessary to make the check payment.
Wire transfers:
Wire transfers must be in US funds.
We will email you all the instructions necessary to make the transfer.
International Orders:
International orders must be paid with US funds. You may choose Money Order or Cashier's Check. At this time Canada Post money orders are NOT accepted. You can also choose Wire Transfer, where all fees should be paid on the buyer's side. No international PayPal (with the exception of Canadian buyers who have a confirmed PayPal address) or credit cards. All International shipments are sent with FULL insurance and are declared at full value.

Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Order Cancellation::
If for any reason you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service dept. by

email us at sales@gilgool.com. "Special order" items, may be assessed a cancellation fee. When an order has already been shipped, our regular return policy will take effect. Ebay orders may NOT be cancelled, per Ebay's legal terms and agreements.
Merchandise shipped by trucking company CANNOT be cancelled or refused once shipped. Returns for refund or exchange are NOT accepted (we may refuse your return or charge for return shipping).
International Orders:
Please note that any import fees such as customs, duties, brokerage fees, or others, are not covered by your shipping cost. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of these charges and pay for them upon arrival.
Most of the products we sell are US products made for sale in the US only. This addresses several issues: The voltage is 100-120v, not 220-240v as in many international locations. Most items purchased from us will not have warranty coverage out of the US. Car radio products receive different tuning than in most countries. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of this or any other pertinent information.

All products sold by GilGool are covered by our Return Policy. We accept Merchandise for return within 30 days of the original invoice date. Your purchase maybe returned for refund or exchange. All returns require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization), and the following terms must be met:
- In the case of any product(s) being returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be complete, in original factory condition and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, blank registration card(s), intact UPC codes, all accessories and software. When the item is shipped back to us it MUST be double boxed. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or its original packaging! We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
- Please do not return a package until you have obtained RA #. Any item returned to us without RA# will be refused and returned to sender. Be sure to properly package your return (double box) to avoid damage. We DO NOT accept any product that is returned incomplete or in a less than brand new condition as described above. Customers are responsible for shipping and insuring their package, at full value. Shipping must be with a reputable carrier with an on-line tracking system. Packages lost, stolen or damaged during a return to us are the responsibility of the customer. All items returned for repair will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Shipping charges will apply.
- Please do not request an RA# for defective merchandise, if you have not "bench tested" the unit and are sure the defect is associated with the unit itself. Upon receipt, our technical staff will attempt to duplicate the defect you are describing**.
Canadian buyers must ship packages back to us using Canada Postal Service only. In addition, when exchanging an item, the return shipping must be prepaid by the customer.
Refunds:
All returns for refund are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
All refused packages will be subject to a 7% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
All refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was received.
- Credit Card payments will be refunded via direct credit to the same credit card.
- PayPal payments will be refunded via PayPal to the original payee's email account.
- Personal checks, Money Orders and Cashier Check payments will be issued a refund by company check.
- Wire transfers will be issued a refund by company check in US$.

Holiday return policy:
Our 30 day return policy will be extended for the holiday season each year. All purchases made from Thanksgiving Day through Dec. 24th, will have until January 24th of the following year to return a purchase under our normal return policy procedures. As part of our original policy, any returns must be in brand new, resalable condition with no missing parts to be eligible.

All products sold by GilGool are brand new, factory fresh, first quality. All the products sold by us are original and unaltered, and are sold at a substantial discount over regular retail and manufacturer minimum suggested prices.
In addition, we offer factory reconditioned products. Those products are clearly marked as "Refurbished".
Warranties:
New products: GilGool offers a full 1 Year limited warranty. New products are warranted to be free from defects in material and functionality under normal use for a period of 1 full year from the original invoice shipping date. Items returned for warranty service may be repaired or exchanged at GilGool' own discretion. If repair is not completed and the same item is not in stock, GilGool reserves the right to replace the item with a similar model or issue store credit for the current value, but not to exceed the original purchase price.
The cost of shipping the product to and from GilGool upon completion of the repair or exchange, is the responsibility of the buyer.
Factory Refurbished products: GilGool offers a 90 days limited warranty. Refurbished products are warranted to be free from defects in material and functionality under normal use for a period 90 days from the original invoice shipping date. Items returned for warranty service will be repaired by the manufacturer. If repair is not completed and the same item is not in stock, GilGool reserves the right to replace the item with a similar model or issue store credit for the current value, but not to exceed the original purchase price.
Opened Box products: the condition of those units is clearly marked; they are new and carry the same full 1 year limited warranty as new products. Those products have been either opened for display or returned to us for exchange and are unused. We offer an additional discount for opened box products.
New Car Subwoofers: those products carry the same full 1 Year limited warranty as new products. Please note: it is maintained that finding an appropriate amplifier and installation kit to power the purchased subwoofers, is the buyer's responsibility. Subwoofers that are blown or abused are not eligible for return, and are not covered by any warranty.
New Marine Electronics products: those products carry the same full 1 Year limited warranty as new products.
Please note: marine products are NOT water proof! Marine head units do have a certain protection that makes them resistant to water entering through its front panel. However, the entire body of the unit must be mounted such that it is protected from any splashing water.
Marine amplifiers also must be protected and installed in a dry area.
Marine speakers and subwoofers are generally very resistant to splashing water and can be installed anywhere for marine application.
TV's & monitors 21" and larger: those items are not returnable, and are covered solely by the manufacturer warranty.
TV's may not be returned due to a manufacturer defect. Please contact the respective manufacturer for any warranty issues. Most of the larger TV's (27" and bigger) carry an in-home warranty from their respective manufacturers. If your TV arrives with visible damage due to shipping, delivery must be refused and reported to us immediately. Once the damage is confirmed with the shipping company, an exchange will be provided.
Cables & Connectors: opened items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
Extended Warranties:
Currently, GilGool offers extended warranties (aka service plans) from nationally recognized brands like Repair Master and CPS.
These are special order items and are NOT returnable.

Orders are shipped fully insured and double-boxed for extra protection, with
the exception of TV's and Furniture, which are shipped ground delivery by freight truck carriers.
Shipments of Big Screen (27" and over), Plasma TV's and most furniture items are made only to the
48 states within the Continental US.
Most 'in stock' items will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed or paid
for after normal business hours will be shipped the next day.
We use a variety of shipping methods that are offered by several shipping companies. Please note that all orders valued over $250 require a signature for delivery.
UPS:
We use UPS Services for daily pickups of our shipments.
We offer all their services, from 'Ground Service' to 'Next Day Air Service'
(where available). Our UPS shipping charges are calculated by our 'shipping calculator',
and they are the exact amount that will be added to your order.
Note: UPS services are all for M-F deliveries. Saturday deliveries incur an additional charge
and you must contact us for a quote.
USPS:
USPS shipping is offered on certain and are sent once a week. Shipments made to an APO, FPO, or other military address, are NOT possible. A physical US address is required. Please contact us for availability and cost to your destination.
Motor Freight:
We use this method of shipping for items that are either excessive in size or in weight,
and are only available to the lower 48 States within the continental USA.
International Orders:
Shipments to international address are always higher than to US domestic addresses. We use both UPS and USPS for international orders. Please contact us for availability and cost to your destination. Note that USPS is VERY limited and is done on a case by case basis.

Damaged Shipments:
Should your shipment arrive damaged or abused in transit,
it is best to refuse it and make a notation of that fact with the delivery person.

Big Screen and Plasma TV's:
Big Screen (27" & over) & Plasma TV's are NOT returnable.
Before signing for such a delivery, carefully examine the contents of
the box for external damage or abuse. If any damage is noted,
it is best to refuse the shipment. Any external damage discovered after signing
for the delivery is the customer's responsibility.
Most of our Big Screen and Plasma TV's come with a manufacturer's, in-home, service warranty.
In the event that your Big Screen or Plasma TV requires service, please contact the manufacturer.
Car Audio:
Before selecting a car audio component, please make sure your selection is compatible
with the car in which it will be installed and will fit in the space provided by the car manufacturer.

We recommend professional installation of car audio equipment
to avoid inadequate handling and/or damage.
GilGool will not accept any damaged car audio that is deemed to have been improperly
installed. GilGool defines "inadequate handling" and "abuse",
but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives,
coil separated from the former and etc.), punctured or damaged surrounds,
broken speaker terminals non-PPI modifications, bent, chipped or broken frames,
ripped spiders or damaged back plates. Speaker and/or Subwoofers that will be returned
with any of the above problems will be considered 'out of warranty'.
GilGool will not be held liable for incidental loss of use,
installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product.
Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by warranty.
Units that show signs of water damage and/or corroded parts will be considered 'out of warranty'.
Any product that will be returned after they have been installed will only be exchange
for the same exact model, if defective. Any cut wires will not be exchanged at all!
We highly recommend that your installer BENCH TESTs all equipment BEFORE attempting to install.
